At Client Calm, accessible from clientcalm.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information collected and recorded by Client Calm and how we use it.

Information We Collect

The Client Calm plugin does not track your website visitors or collect personal data from your clients' websites. We do not have access to your WordPress dashboard unless you explicitly grant us support access.

Support and Feedback

If you submit the Client Calm support and feedback form, we collect the contact details, website URL, message, category, and basic product context you choose to provide. If you arrive from the plugin settings screen, that context may include the product slug, Client Calm version, source screen, WordPress version, and free/pro status. We use this information to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, improve Client Calm, and identify product roadmap patterns. Do not submit passwords, license keys, or private customer data through the support form.

Support form submissions are stored in a private Airtable support table for Pinehook Labs triage. They may also be mirrored to private GitHub issues or optional Resend email notifications. Spam protection is handled by Cloudflare Turnstile. Those providers may process technical request data needed to create the ticket, notify us, and prevent abuse. Freemius

We use Freemius for secure payments, licensing, and account management. When you purchase Client Calm Pro, billing information is handled securely by Freemius. We do not store credit card details on our servers.

Cookies

Like many websites, Client Calm may use cookies for basic site functionality, preferences, analytics, and checkout/account flows. Cookie usage may vary based on your browser settings and the third-party services used to operate the site.
