Branding options help make the handoff feel intentional without replacing WordPress with a completely separate interface.

  • Use clear agency or client-friendly naming.
  • Keep colors readable and accessible.
  • Avoid branding that hides important WordPress context from administrators.

What to prepare

Collect brand assets before configuration so the final handoff can be reviewed in one pass.

  • Logo or mark sized for admin/login use.
  • Primary color in hex format.
  • Support or maintenance contact link for clients.

Review checklist

Branding should make clients more confident, not make future support harder.

  • Preview on desktop and mobile widths.
  • Confirm contrast on buttons and links.
  • Document the settings in your project SOP or export file.
