Manage Client Calm trials, renewals, license activation, and billing support.

Checkout and trials

Client Calm purchases, free trials, and renewals are handled through Freemius checkout and account management.

  • Use the same email address your agency wants associated with the license.
  • Review trial and renewal terms before checkout.
  • Keep purchase receipts with your project or agency billing records.

License activation

After purchase, enter or connect the license in the Client Calm plugin screen on the WordPress site.

  • Confirm the site URL matches the site you want licensed.
  • Deactivate licenses from retired or staging sites when needed.
  • Contact support if the license limit or site URL looks incorrect.

Cancellations and refunds

Billing is governed by the published refund policy and any Freemius checkout terms shown at purchase.

  • Cancel renewals from the account dashboard before the renewal date.
  • Use the trial period to evaluate paid features.
  • For billing errors, contact support with the order email and receipt ID.
